Our Story

We started with one question: why does ice cream taste the same everywhere?

At 3B Ice Cream, we believe the best flavors come from real ingredients, patient churns, and a little bit of obsession. Every batch is made in small quantities so nothing goes to waste and everything tastes like it should.

We also pull our own espresso, roast our own coffee beans, and keep the lights warm here on Derry Street because Harrisburg deserves a place where people actually want to linger.
